This one-on-one Postpartum Integration Ceremony is a space to process and reclaim your story with compassion, safety, and support.

I bring over 10 years of experience supporting mothers and hold certifications as a doula, hypnotherapist, and breathwork & somatic facilitator. I’ve guided women through countless thresholds—birth, postpartum, and beyond.

Through my background in supporting women through major life changes, holistic postpartum care, and trauma-informed practices, I’ve created a unique approach that blends the science of the nervous system with the sacredness of ceremony.
