New Parent Support Call

A focused, one-hour session for expecting and new parents seeking clarity, connection, and grounded support — built entirely around you.

No scripts. No generic checklists. Just real, experienced guidance shaped by the questions only you are carrying.

Your Hour. Your Questions. Real Answers.

Every parent's experience is different — so why would your support look the same as everyone else's?

Before we ever get on a call, you'll complete a short reflection form that helps us understand where you are right now: what's keeping you up at night, what feels uncertain, and where you want to feel more confident.

That way, when we show up, we're not starting from scratch but instead meet you where you are right now.

From there, the session is yours.

Whether you're navigating the overwhelm of a first pregnancy, working through postpartum challenges you didn't see coming, figuring out how to stay connected as a couple while running on no sleep, or just need someone to tell you "that's completely normal,” we’re here for you.

Depending on your needs, you can speak with just one of us, or both, whichever is best suited to your situation … because the right perspective sometimes matters as much as the right advice.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

This isn't a lecture or a webinar replay. It's a private, undivided hour with someone who's been in it and who's helped hundreds of parents find their footing.

Here's what to expect:

  • A pre-session reflection form so we come prepared and your time isn't wasted on background

  • A full 60 minutes of focused, judgment-free conversation tailored to your exact situation

  • Honest, practical guidance — not theory, not platitudes, just what actually works

  • A personalized follow-up with any resources, recommendations, or next steps we discussed

WHO THIS IS FOR

  • Expecting parents who want to feel prepared — not just for labor, but for everything after

  • New parents in the thick of it who need clarity on something specific

  • Couples who want to get on the same page before or after baby arrives

  • Parents who've taken a course or read the books but still have that one thing they can't figure out

With care,
Shreni & DJ
